Do I need to be on Shopify already to work with you?

Not at all. I work with businesses at every stage — from brand new stores to established brands looking to optimize or migrate. I’ll help you decide whether Shopify or Shopify Plus is right for your business.

How long does a typical store build take?

A custom theme build typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Simple customizations can be done in 3–5 business days. App development and migrations vary — I’ll give you an accurate timeline in the proposal.

What do you need from me to get started?

At minimum: your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), store access or an invite to a development store, and a clear list of goals or pain points. I’ll help you organize everything else during our discovery call.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance or retainer support?

Yes. Many clients keep me on a monthly retainer for ongoing development, store updates, A/B testing, and app management. Retainers start at 10 hours/month and can be scaled up as needed.

Can you work with my existing designer or agency?

Absolutely. I regularly collaborate as the development partner alongside design agencies or in-house teams. I’m comfortable working from Figma files, Adobe XD mockups, or even rough sketches.

What's your payment structure?

For project work: 50% upfront to begin and 50% on delivery. For retainers: monthly billing in advance. I accept bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise for international clients.
