Will you ever contact my clients directly without permission?

Never. All client communication happens exactly the way you specify — entirely through you, or directly under your brand if you choose that model. I never reach out to your clients independently or reveal my involvement without explicit agreement.

Can I list these projects in my agency's portfolio?

Yes, completely. All work delivered under a white-label arrangement belongs to your agency for portfolio and case study purposes. I won’t reference the project publicly or claim credit anywhere without your written approval.

What happens if there's a dispute or issue with a client project?

You remain the client-facing point of contact for any issues, and I work with you directly to resolve them quickly. Because of the staging-first, QA-checked process used on every project, major issues are rare — but I stand behind the work either way.

Do you require a minimum monthly commitment?

No. Project-based work has no minimum commitment at all. The Reserved Hours and Dedicated Partner tiers are monthly arrangements, but both are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in contract.

Can you join client calls under our company name?

Yes, this is a common arrangement. I’ll use your branding, an email matching your domain if needed, and present as part of your team. We’ll align beforehand on what to share about my role and how to introduce me.

How do you handle file naming, invoices, and documentation?

All deliverables, file names, and documentation are prepared neutrally or with your branding applied, never with my name or company referenced. Invoicing is handled separately between us, completely outside of any client-facing paperwork.
